When will my order be dispatched?
For Gift boxes please allow 1-3 business days from date of order unless specified differently in the product description. However if you would like it delivered on a certain day please send us an email at relaxation.ina.box.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you deliver locally?
Yes, we deliver within Northam Mon-Fri
Standard shipping AUS wide is $10.00.
Express shipping AUS wide is $15.00
We also offer free delivery within Northam.
How are the gift boxes packed?
We are perfectionists and it shows. All Relaxation in a Box Gifts are picked and packed by hand into a Kraft coloured magnetic gift box, complete with tissue paper, shredded paper filling and finished off with a satin coloured ribbon (unless otherwise specified).
Can I cancel my order?
If you’d like to cancel your order, email us at relaxation.ina.box@outlook.com immediately. If the order has already been dispatched, we can no longer offer any cancellations.
Can I add a message to my gift box?
Absolutely! Add your message in the comments section at checkout and we will add it into the gift box on a branded card.
